New Product Version

Hi,

Can you tell me what is the difference between creating a new product and a new version of an existing product. They both can have a new set of custom licence fields, and they both generate a new version of TurboActivate.dat.Is a new version of a product linked to the original product in any way?

The difference is in organization and all the knock-on effects of that organization (namely, searching).
