Can I Automate the reset of IP as  I have limitation to only 3 IPs and this cause repeated error when users try to generate license when they access from different locations.

No. These limitations are in place for a reason. Too many resets (I.e. from any form of automation) will lock the IPs for a period of time.

YIKES! Just read this more closely. Don't do this. Don't put API keys in javascript. Don't put API keys in “standalone apps”.

Revoke your API keys now and renegerate them. Then fix whatever it is you're doing.
