TurboFloat - Disabled Network Adapters Error

We have a client who is getting an error message "There are network adapters on the system that are disabled and TurbloFloat couldn't read their hardware properties..."

They are using Turbofloat 4.0.9.6 on Windows 7 (x64)

There are no disabled network adaptors on the machine (that I can see via Control Panel) so there is nothing to enable. Running the software as Administrator has no effect.

Have the customer open PowerShell (not cmd) and run the following command:

Get-WMIObject -Class "Win32_NetworkAdapter" | Format-List *

Have them save the entire results to a text file and send it to us at support@wyday.com.

My guess is that that have a piece of hardware that they don't know is a network adapter (like XBox wireless adapter) that is disabled or malfunctioning.
