Nope, we don't have any known issues with verified trials.
We need a whole lot more information in order to give you useful feedback. Here's a brief article that describes what information is needed: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/faq/#useful-reports
In short:
1. Versions! (TurboActivate, the version of the OS the customer is on, etc.)
2. Code! (We don't know how you're making function calls). For example TA_UseTrial has both verified an unverified trials. Described here: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/trials/
3. If you are indeed using verified trials are you using trials with the correct version in LimeLM?
4. Have you started the trial before on the computer? Verified trials won't create a new verified trial in LimeLM -- that's the point -- it will resume where it left off even if the customer re-installs their OS: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/trials/#verified
Long story short, a good assumption to make is that our systems are working as designed. We actually need more information to give useful help.
