>> "Hello???"

We work Monday through Fridays normal business hours. We only respond to critical problem on the weekend. Work life balance is important to us (and critical for a company that's goals include lasting past the lives of the founding team).

>> "How I can fill it in manual activations?"

You set it when you create the product key. Just like any other activation. More information: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/license-features/

Covered here in depth: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/offline-activation/

"You set it when you create the product key. Just like any other activation."I set it where? All I have in "Manual activation page" is a button "Upload the request file" and "Activation response expires" field, that's all. I don't see anything about custom license field

And I have monthly subscription in my app. So every month the client needs to generate new activate request and I need to generate new activate response?

You set custom license fields when you create the product key. Or when you edit the product key. This is covered in the custom license fields help article: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/license-features/

Yes, if they're offline activating it's more of a hassle. Hence, online activation. Most of the world has an internet connection. And those that don't are managed by an admin (defense, banks, gov agencies, etc.) Yes, there is the occasional edge case.

I know how to fill custom fileds when I create the product key.I mean - where I set it when I do manual activation? How to bind the product key and manual activation???Here are steps to manual activate the app:1) client sends activation request to me.2) I upload this file and send him activation response.

Where exactly in these steps I can set cuatom fields? Where is product key creation?

Every activation, offline or online, requires a product key. Create a product key. See the license fields? That's where you set them.

Don't see license fields? Then you haven't created them. So, create them.

Ok. I created the product key. Then I receive activation request from client. What next? How your system will know that this product key is for this activation request?

>> "How your system will know that this product key is for this activation request?"

Because the product key is part of the request.

>>Because the product key is part of the requestI still don't understand how it is working.Do I need to create a product key before uploading activation request? If so - for example I created two keys with two different custom field values.Which one will Limelm take for activation request?

1. You create the custom license fields.

2. You create a product key and set the custom license fields.

3. The customer enters a product key into your app or the TurboActivate Wizard.

4. (Option A) The customer activates online.

4. (Option B) The customer generates and offline activation request, sends it to you. You enter that activation request into LimeLM it magically* detects the product key and all the other information it need, generates an offline activation response that you send back to the user. The user then uses that offline activation request in your app and all of the custom license fields will be magically* set.

5. The customer can use your app.

This was described in all of the articles I've linked to.

* It's not magic. See the linked to articles for the technical description.
