ACTIVATE_OPTIONS: const for sExtraData?Solved

I think the member STRTYPE sExtraData in struct _ACTIVATE_OPTIONS should be const; I expect TA_Activate() doesn't modify that, and I'd like to be able to initialize it with a const string.
