The systa process ended before the response could be delivered

Hello,

Surprisingly, I got this error in one of my client's Mac machines. 'The systa process ended before the response could be delivered'. The same application runs flawlessly on other machines. And, the lower version of the same application again runs smoothly on that Mac machine. Inside the code, the class file that deals with Limelm server is untouched.

I have tried to get help from the past thread in the forum, but it was little help to me. Tried all the things as stated, but success is not gained. Could you shed some light on this please.

P.S. a) I am using the latest 2.6.18 bundle b) client is using mac 10.7.5, intel core i5, 2.3 ghz

I don't know what that means. We've never released a 2.6.18 version of TurboActivate. The current version is 4.0.9.6.

More information is needed. If it's only happening on this one customer's machine then they might've messed with the files. Have them re-install your app. Then, have them follow all of the methods the make systa executable on Unix: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/using-turboactivate-with-adobe-air/
