TurboActivate.exe can connect to activation server but DLL can't

Hi,

A client is reporting that when running TurboActivate.exe the license is activated. He was recently able to activate the license from that computer.

However when running our software (and therefore using the TurboActivate.dll) it says that it can't connect to the license server.

Any idea what could cause this difference between both ?

My guess is that you have a firewall that either blocks your app or unsigned apps. TurboActivate.exe is is code-signed and it uses the exact same TurboActivate.dll that your app would use.
