Nope, right now the timeout is very reasonable (100 seconds since the last data was received). Meaning the customer's connection isn't just slow -- it's likely blocking your website altogether.
Unable to download updates
I have a couple clients with really slow Internet service and each time they check for updates it fails.
I have setup a manual download for them using an ftp client on the same ftp server used for wyupdate and they are able to do that.
Are there any tweaks or options to give wyupdate longer time to timeout?
