Disabled network adapters error

Hi,

Even though everything was working fine for him a few days ago, a customer is now having the following "Activation Error" problem with TurboActivate: "There are network adapters on the system that are disabled and TurboActivate couldn't read their hardware properties (even after trying and failing to enable the adapters automatically)".

System specs:- Windows 10 (1703) x64 with latest updates- TurboActivate 4.0.9.6

Here is what he tried:- Run Software and TurboActivate.exe as administrator- Update network drivers to latest version- Manually checked that network adapters are all activated

What should be done next ?
