Hi Wyatt,thank you for your quick answer.
my customers does not always have internet access during the 90+30 days.in your opinion, is it safe to set 365+30?
thanks,++
You could use that, yes. But it significantly reduces your control over the licenses (e.g. the ability to revoke keys where charge backs or credit card fraud happened).
The defaults are the best use-case. And for customers with spotty or no internet, use offline activation: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/offline-activation/
Hi,can we investigate a little bit more...
let's say I set 90+30if users does not have access to internet how could offline request help me for an annual license?
in case of an annual license, with 365+30, I'm screwed if I give to users the ability to deactivate the license from my web site and not from the software, isn't it? (in case user disconnect the computer from internet, deactivate the license from web site and activate from another computer. and thus xxx times)
I know I could limit the number of deactivation. but that's not fair....is there's a way from my limeLM dashboard to sort license key in deactivation order? (if user deactivate the license 20 times, it would appear first)
apologize for my poor english and these questions about annual license.
best regards,nicolas
