wybuild not installing in windows 10

I moved from windows 7 to windows 10 and i tried to install wybuild.exe in windows 10. I found that it is not even launching the installer and making the system hanged. I tried in two windows 10 machine and the behaviour is same.

Everything works fine here. Make sure you download it directly from us (never use 3rd parties to download our products): https://wyday.com/wybuild/downloading.php

Then, make sure .NET Framework 2.x (or 3.x) is installed. If it's not, the current installer will attempt to install it (slowly). That slow behavior is fixed in the next version.
