wyUpdate Deletes my Program when updated

Hi All, I am having a specific issue with a program i am trying to update. When i downloaded this program it was an old version. I am trying to use wyUpdate to update this program. My computer goes through the whole process and then deletes the program. Please help me out.

More information is needed.

1. Are you a wyBuild customer? If not, we can't support custom versions of wyUpdate.

2. wyUpdate is meant for developers -- you shouldn't be moving it between products and expect it to update things it doesn't know about.

3. A way to reproduce what you're seeing.

4. Version numbers. Operating system, wyBuild, wyUpdate, etc.
