Yes, we still support Windows XP, however there are a number of limitations that we need to workaround. There's absolutely no way to cache network adapters on Windows XP, so the network adapters must always be enabled.
Also, Microsoft no longer supports Windows XP. It's a very bad idea to have Windows XP running on any machine. It's a guaranteed virus magnet.
On modern versions of Windows (8 and newer) customers can disable their network adapters and TurboActivate and TurboFloat will just work.

Long story short, TurboFloat aside, that customer should upgrade that machine to Windows 7 or Windows 10. Running Windows XP is putting their data at risk.
