Web API Key ChangedSolved

Yesterday our use of the Web API was working correctly, and today the same calls to generate keys are failing. One of the things we have noticed is that out Web API Key is now different on the website. Is there someway to see who changed it? Could it have been changed when we bumped levels in licensing?

No we don't keep logs of changes to the web API keys.

Nope, it was done by someone with access to your account. Our recommendation is to give every user of LimeLM their own separate login: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/add-users/

This way you won't run into issues of multiple users using the same LimeLM user account to manage an account.

Actually, we didn't realize each user has a unique API key. The issue was on our end with DNS, and this only confused us. We are set, thanks.
