Turboactivate.Dat missing or corruptSolved

Hey Everyone, SO we have the turbo activate integrated into VB.Net, however it is telling me that it cannot find the Turboactivate.dat, or that it is issing or corrupt. I have read through the installation manual for VB.Net at least 10 times, rechecked all the settings, and I still cant figure out what to do. Any help is greatly appreciated!

YES- The file is in the VB.NET project "/Bin/Debug" and "/bin/Release" folders. YES- I have attempted to re-download the file. Thanks!

I apologize, after intense review of the source coding, I have determined that my GUID contained an error. Thanks !
