HI,We need to add a user for the support department. This user should be able to view and search the activation keys but he shouldn't be able to modify them. He shouldn't be able to create new keys either.The main purpose of this user is to allow the support agents to manually deactivate keys for clients.

The issue we are facing is that we can't grant the deactivate permission without granting the add and edit permissions too, so how can we accomplish this?

We won't have a hard date for you. We have a few things that are higher priority. We'll update this topic when we've done the work.

We've just added this functionality. Now users can have delete, activate, and revoke permissions separately. This is live now.
