We'll look into this. Can you send the dump to support@wyday.com.
Also, can you tell me what function you called which what parameters caused it to crash?
Can you reproduce the crash?
I'm using TurboActivate.dll (4.0.9.3) 32-bit.
One client (Windows 10 Home Build 14393 64-bit) got the following exception:Unhandled exception at 0x565E4A0E (TurboActivate.dll) in crashdump.dmp: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x02500000.
I have the dmp file but I don't know how to attach it.
Here is a code snippet:565E49ED jle 565E49A3 565E49EF mov ebp,ecx 565E49F1 lea eax,[edi+2] 565E49F4 mov cl,byte ptr [esp+2Ch] 565E49F8 mov dword ptr [esp+30h],eax 565E49FC mov dword ptr [esp+10h],ebp 565E4A00 and dword ptr [esp+2Ch],0 565E4A05 test edx,edx 565E4A07 jle 565E4A3D 565E4A09 lea ebp,[ebx+2] 565E4A0C mov eax,dword ptr [eax] 565E4A0E cmp eax,dword ptr [ebp] 565E4A11 jne 565E4A25 565E4A13 mov eax,dword ptr [esp+30h] 565E4A17 movzx eax,word ptr [eax+4] 565E4A1B cmp ax,word ptr [ebp+4] 565E4A1F je 565E4B62

I cannot reproduce the crash.I don't know what function was called Visual Studio Call Stack windows shows only 2 lines:> TurboActivate.dll!565e4a0e() Unknown [Frames below may be incorrect and/or missing, no symbols loaded for TurboActivate.dll]
Any update?
Unfortunately we don't have enough information to reproduce this or track this down. Any chance the customer is still encountering this (so we can do a remote debug)?
