If you want existing users to use the same product key for your app, then keep the same product version in LimeLM. Licenses aren't transferable between product versions in LimeLM (so creating a new product version in LimeLM doesn't really solve any of your problems, but it does create new ones).
Moving an existing license key to a new release

This is the scenario I'd like to face.In the future I am going to deliver on regular basis a new release of an existing product. This means that on the LimeLM dashboard I'll create a new release, so a new GUID and .dat are generated. My customers can already uninstall my product (where an automatic deactivation of the existing license will be performed).The question now. Is there a way to copy the existing license keys from the existing release to the new one? In this way I can provide the new setup but not a new license key.
