I'll just add, in case its useful, that the current user with this issue was using a fully licensed version with no issues before this error started happening.
Hi,We are still getting this issue amongst some of our beta testers. Running 4.0.9, error is:
There are network adapters on the system that are disabled and TurboActivate couldn't read their hardware properties (even after trying and failing to enable the adapters automatically). Enable the network adapters, re-run the function, and TurboActivate will be able to "remember" the adapters even if the adapters are disabled in the future.
I read that most of these issues were fixed? I simply can't go live with this as-is, as the issue seems to affect 1/10 people and my end users are not sophisticated enough to fix this issue (we can't even fix it with some of our beta users). It will be a support nightmare.
Any idea what is going on? Can't you just nix the network adapter tests completey since they seem to be causing so many issues?

Hey Matt,
Shoot me an email and I'll send you some debug instructions to get to the bottom of this. These errors should only happen on old-windows (prior to Windows 8) and only if their network adapter is disabled. In which case enabling the network adapter and running the software again should "fix" the issue.
See: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/faq/#disabled-adapters
For customers where (a) they're on Windows 8.0 or newer or (b) they've enabled all of their network adapters and they're still getting the "EnableNetworkAdapters" error, then we'll need to dig into it and see if it's a legitimate bug.
Also, running your app as admin or running the TurboActivate Wizard as admin will also "fix" the issue (i.e. TurboActivate will have permissions to enable disabled adapters).
Shoot me an email at wyatt@wyday.com and I'll give you debug instructions for customers that have a legit problem (i.e. they followed the FAQ, actually enabled their network adapters, or ran your app as admin to let your app enable the adapters).

They are. We have no known remaining issues where TA can't read enabled network adapters.
I am an end user who cannot activate a product. My system is Windows 10 Professional x64 and I have all network adapters enabled.Still I am getting below error when I try to activate my product.
