One of our clients was using the older Turbofloat server to access licenses both directly in the same network and from a remote location and it was working fine.
Now they had the need to deactivate their old TurboFloat activation, so I sent them the new TurboFloat version. I didn't change anything in our software. Deactivation and activation with the new TurboFloat version worked, but now the access from the remote location fails.
Is there anything in the 2016 TurbFloat release that might have caused that? Or do i need to change something in our software to work correctly together with the new release?

The TurboFloat Server can handle requests from the same version and older versions of the TurboFloat library. However newer versions of the TurboFloat Library require the same version or newer of the TurboFloat Sever.
Long story short: make sure they upgrade their TurboFloat Server version.
