Could not find file 'C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\wc\d\base\ We are encountering this issue when releasing updates.

It sounds like something is modifying the update files before they have a chance to be installed. Make sure your exe files and dlls are signed, otherwise "overly helpful" anti-virus programs will delete the files before they are installed.

We will check if there are any anti-virus software involved. Is there something else that we can look for in troubleshooting this issue?
