Disabled network port

I got this question from a customer:"We have installed Lime using a Windows 7 over an iMac with dual boot (bootcamp) however the TurboActive keeps holding the software saying there is a disabled network port but in fact there is not."

How to solve this 'disabled network port' problem?

If you're not using the latest version of TurboActivate, then do that first. Get it here: https://wyday.com/limelm/api/#turboactivate

My guess is that we already fixed this bug, but more information is needed if (a) you're using the latest version and (b) the customer is still having a problem.

Thanks for your answer.

I'm not sure which version I am using. It was downloaded at 14.september 2016. Is Version 4.0.7.3 released after this date?

You can see an up-to-date list of bug fixes and features added here: https://wyday.com/limelm/api/ta-changes/

You can view the current version of TurboActivate.dll by right clicking it, clicking properties, clicking Details.

Yes, you're using an old version. And yes, the new version fixes these problems for faulty network cards & drivers.

Thank you very much! Will update!
