Installing TFS as a windows service

Any idea what would cause the following error when running: TurboFloatServer.exe -i on a Windows 7 box?

<error> Add Failed: 0x80070005<error> Failed to add this service to the Windows Firewall. 0x8007005

I also get this when the Windows Firewall is turned off!

Are you running the TurboFloat Server from an admin prompt? My guess is that's the problem.

Also, what version of TFS are you using and what OS are you on?
