I've been developing an application with turbo activate on a Windows 10 machine for a while now without any issues. However, I recently installed it on a Windows 11 machine and went to generate an activation request and the file would never appear where I saved it. After doing some digging with procmon, I noticed that the application is successfully creating the file, but it has the delete on close option set, so the file is just immediately getting deleted again. Is there something I need to do to get the file to be created without this flag?
That sounds like 3rd party garbage interfering with our software. Our software has no such option. Neither does regular Windows.
It's some “helper” app messing things up. Easiest solution: reinstall Windows without the extra garbage.
