I thought I cancelled this a while ago, but apparently not. I logged in to cancel the account and was told I couldn't because it was dormant. So I reinstated the account, logged out, logged back in, and tried to cancel the account again and was told that I couldn't because it was still dormant. Can you guys help?
We don't require you to even have a LimeLM account to login. Let alone it being non-dormant or not. (We want dormant accounts to be managed so they can re-enable their account).
You have 2 LimeLM accounts associated with your email. That's likely the cause of the confusion.
