Strange behaviour after Win10 upgrade

Hello Wyatt,

I was developing a TurboActivate+TurboFloat solution on Windows 8.1 but yesterday I've upgraded to Windows 10. Now the online activation doesn't work because Activate() always returns TA_E_IN_VM.The problem has been fixed setting the feature "Activations on virtual machines & hypervisors are allowed."For us this is not a problem because we will deliver licenses with VM enabled but this could be problematic for others.

Best Regards,

Alessandro

We should really make a FAQ about this. This is not a bug. You're actually running inside a Virtual Machine if you have Hyper-V enabled. The solution: disable Hyper-V. (Google for how to do it -- it's a Windows Feature and it's typically enabled when you install Visual Studio).

Let me know if that helps.
