Password reset not working

I can't log into my account today. I have the password written down so I know I have the right one.

When I did the "forgot password" thing, I did not get an email with a new password. I tried it twice and I've waited at least 30 minutes to see if the email is just slow.

I wonder if my account has been compromised and someone change the email address associated with it.

My username is "hersh" and the email should be hersh@kinemasystems.com.

Never mind, my co-worker changed the password and the email associated with it.
