64Bit & 32Components in Same Folder

I note that both the x86 and x64 versions of the turboactive.dll have the same name.Our product features both 32 and 64 bit components normally installed in the same folder (splitting them makes for other complications). We really need all the components to be auth checked. Is there a way to achieve this?
