Everything in the folder must be closed to run updates. This is how we ensure nothing breaks during the updates. You can always start your app again after the updates.
Getting message to close current process

I am making the patch and in the patch i have only data changes mean to say only.ini files and .txt files that is not loaded by current process but still i am getting close process window.
Why i am getting that window when i am doing data changes not dll changes.
