TurboActivate: Problem with disabled adaptersAnswered

Hi,

We have a customer that is having trouble activating using the TurboActivate tool.  The error they are seeing says “There are network adapters on the system that are disabled…”

I looked up the issue on the FAQ and gave them the instructions to run TurboActivate.exe as Admin.  They say they tried and are still getting the same error.

They also tried manually turning on all adapters, but that did not help.

Are there any other things to try?

Thanks,

Answer

Start by using the latest version of TurboActivate (currently 5.0.2), then following the FAQ to actually provide enough information so we can help.

We are using the latest version of TurboActivate (5.0.2) and it is the x86 version.

The key in question is: M2WZ-QNJ4-Q6DP-7S2F-4FUM-D5JJ-IATA.

I have a screenshot of the error message from the TA tool, if you have somewhere I can post it, but the text is as I mentioned above, “Activation Error.  There are network adapters on the system that are disabled…” (continuing on for a bit).

So far, I have not seen this error in any of my testing, and we do not have reports of other users with this issue yet.

Is there any other information I can provide that would help?

Checking in.  I've gone through the FAQ as best as I can, but we are still seeing the issue.  Is there any other help you can provide?
