Update User DetailsAnswered

Hi,

We need to make changes to our account, but the person that set up the admin account has since left the company. How can go about getting the other user on our account ‘upgraded’ to an admin user please?

We have sent a few emails over the last couple of weeks, but with no reply. Is there something we should/shouldn't put in the email?

I recently updated the email on the account to match my personal email before sending the latest try.
