Hello, We are currently experiencing a critical issue with LimeLM that is affecting users.

  • We are unable to trace user keys on LimeLM for either product, here, https://wyday.com/limelm/dashboard/
  • the search option for keys appears to be no longer available.
  • Additionally, users are reporting that their valid product keys are no longer working. Keys seem to have been deactivated from the app, and when users attempt to reactivate, they receive an "invalid key" message.
  • They are also being prompted to purchase a subscription, even if they already have a valid key.

This issue is urgent and is significantly impacting our users’ access and experience. Please investigate and advise on the cause and resolution timeline as soon as possible.

There are no product keys under that product version. Someone in your organization deleted them. 

Make sure everything has correct permissions. That is, don't give delete permission to users that shouldn't have delete permissions.
