Hi Wyatt,
This has cropped up a couple more times recently, and the common thread is Intel AX Wifi adapters. If you disable them in windows control panel, TA will not be able to re enable them, and instead will report a WMI error.
We're using TA 5.0.2.0 and have noticed a spate of reports coming in of error 34 on systems that have recently updated Windows. It seems that whereas TA would successfully be able to temporarily enable these adapters to read the properties previously, it now can not. I've solved this issue for customers by manually re-enabling the NIC and then it TA will activate no problems.

Have them update the drivers. Make sure you're actually using the latest TA, and provide logs if they get this again (see the broken WMI faq).
