MattHi,I have a user who wants to do an offline activation. He has sent me the request file and I have returned the response.The issue is that when you launches Turboactivate, he is given only the options "Activate ... online now" and "Ask me Later.". The user has trial days remaining, but the trial is feature limited so he needs to activate now.
When I try running TA, I get more choices, including "Buy a new product key..", "retype" and "other options", with the manual activation being under the last one.
What is going on?

Hey Matt,
When there's still trial days left, we made the TurboActivate Wizard not show the "Other options" button. That was just a design choice.
The user can click "Activate now", it will likely fail (because they don't have internet). Then they will be presented with a "Try again" or "Other options" page.
Does that make sense?
