TurboFloat getting TF_E_ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERSSolved

Hi, we have a customer reporting TF_E_ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERS when trying to get a floating licence.  Does this refer to the customer's own machine, or the one the TurboFloat server is running on?  If the former why is anything checked on that machine, isn't that kind of the point?  If the latter, another user in the same company can retrieve a floating licence, so that doesn't make sense either.

We're using TurboFloat 4.4.4.0 so would upgrading to the latest version help?
