Activation error (enable network adapters)AnsweredLocked

Can you please help me with this problem : There are network adapters on the system are disabled and turboactivate could not read them. – — I get this error message when trying to activate a license on my PC for Heat 2 application. I could not find any solution anywhere because all my adapters are enabled and I reinstalled it couple of times. do you know how I can resolve this please ?
