Manual offline activation fails

Hi,

we currently have an issue with manual offline activation. When uploading the activation request file from one of our customers we only get the error: "Can't activate a TurboActivate key."

I don't know how to resolve this. Any help would be appreciated.

More information is needed. If they're using a TurboActivate key with the TurboFloat Server, and generating an offline activation request with that then you'll get that error. So, make sure the key is a TurboFloat Server key (edit it to make it that).

Or, if they're not allowed to use that key with the TurboFloat Server, then tell them to use it with the version of your app that uses TurboActivate.

You're correct. We have investigated further and found that it was a offline request generated by using a TA key on the TF server. Thank you for your help! 🙂 Maybe the error message could be extended a bit so it tells exactly that?
