wyBuild not updating to latest version if using "Update will be installed on next screen"

We are using wyBuild more than a year, We used this to update our client software.But suddenly our product is not updating to the latest version, It failed to update.It is downloading, failing on the steps "extracting files" It never happened on my system but many of our client are facing this issue.So after downloading the files, if user is selecting "Install update now" it is working fine,But if our client uses the option "Update will be installed on next screen" then process is getting completed but not updating to the latest version, And my client is getting message "You already have the latest version"

Note I am using the latest version wyBuild 2.6.18.4

Double click the client.wyc file. What does the version say? If it says the latest version, then everything updated fine and the problem is with how you packaged your update. For example, 99% of the time, when customers report this problem what they've done wrong is for a new version of their app they use old files. Or use the same files as the previous version.

To fix your problem, create a new version in wyBuild, set a new higher version number, make sure your new files are inside the corresponding folder on the harddisk, add the files to wyBuild, rebuild the update, re-upload all the update files to your server.

I already did the same, which means I generated the file client.wyc and added this in my setup version (0.0.0.1)then after some time I created the client.wyc again my setup version(0.0.0.2)Now downloaded both the MSI from server, installed them one by one, Copied to the folder 0.0.0.1 and 0.0.0.2, added files to wyp, generated the patch then uploaded to the server.

But I am still facing the issue.

Unfortunately more information is needed.

1. Double click the client.wyc file on the customer's computer before you update. What does the version say?2. Do you get warnings when you build the updates? If so, read the warnings, they're important.
