I am running into a problem with one client, one windows machine where Turbo Activate is not returning a success response on a valid license key. I must first say, I am running an old version of TurboActivate.dll (Version 4.4.4.0), if I am not mistaken the windows version is 10.
I can think of two possible issues (besides an old dll which works everywhere else so far include Windows 11):
- The machine can not reach your network, but Internet Explorer is successfully able to get to https://www.wyday.com, maybe there is some other way it's getting blocked?
- Could there be some type of TLS configuration on the windows machine that is blocked a security handshake?
Do you have a way to see if a particular license key has tried to reach out to the Wyday platform and what responses may have been returned? I am very perplexed on the one machine out of hundreds we support.

It’s likely an AV product or firewall blocking your app or TurboActivate directly from making the request.
I’d start with the latest TA and work from there.
