We have a customer struggling with the network adapter issue. I used the 5.0.0.0 version of TurboActivate.exe and TurboActivate.dll with out TurboActivate.dat, and I get an error about being unable to contact the activation servers?
On Windows 11 TLS 1.3 is used. On Windows 10 TLS 1.2 is used. Any policies that try to upgrade / downgrade connections to different TLS versions will be rejected by TA (correctly).
Same applies for the Windows Server equivalents.
So, uninstall all VPN software. It’s nation-state & criminal-organization spyware. Also it messes with legitimate secure connections by MITM (often sloppily) them.
