Client has moved to a proxy server and their activation licenses don't work anymore (they get from us server not found). They can through proxy server access wyday.com in web browser, they have put wyday.com in proxy server Exception list. Probably unrelated but they also use Forcepoint Websense URL filtering… Not clear what to ask them for more info - thanks.
Forcepoint currently (correctly ? – as correct as any of these web filters ever get) categorizes wyday.com.
