TurboFloat Server log file naming

Hi,

I have set the TurboFloat config file to write to a non-default log file. It writes the server activation log to this file, but then writes the lease assignments to the default log file ("tfs-log.txt"). We obviously wanted all the data to write to the non-default log file - is it possible to do this?

Make sure you only have 1 configuration file, and make sure the log parameter is correct. Also, make sure that, if you're installing the TurboFloat Server, you pass in the correct path to the configuration file (if you've renamed it, which I presume you have).

OK thanks, had the original configuration file in the folder as well so all goes one log now. On renaming, I assume the service name cannot be changed and will always be TurboFloatServer-1600?

Yes. That's correct. The service name will always be that because the TFS depends on it.
