Running the example downloaded from the LimeLMAnswered

When I run the C# example downloaded from the LimeLM page in Visual Studio 2019. VS does not compile and displays the message: Unable to load DLL 'TurboActivate64.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
