Turbo float pertual licenseAnswered

I'd like to have either a very long or pertual license for turbo float.  But the TurboFloatServer-config.xml file says the limit is 90 days for days between and 14 days grace period.  I saw your article about how even if a customer changes this to be > 90 the server will still check anyhow.  I know how to make a pertual license for the dedicated computer licensing but am not clear on how to make a perpetual or very long license for the floating server.  Our client's server is offline so they don't want to have to reactivate every 104 days. Any help would be great.
