Hello Everyone,

I'm running a small programming house.

We're looking for a CRM that lets us:

  • Enable clients to purchase licenses online
  • Allow clients to submit support tickets
  • LimeLM integration

Does anyone know of a system that offers these features?

Nothing exists that does all of those things both simultaneously and well. And honestly you can handle all of that manually until your client base is large enough to warrant automating it.
