Enable Network Adapter Errors - Emailed support

Hi Wyatt,

Your support team members are not responding to my emails so I will post in the forums looking for support. 

I have another customer who has the same Enable Network Adapter error, but this time the blank 'PermanentAddress' culprit is a Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 Wi-Fi 7 High Band Simultaneous (HBS) Network Adapter. Qualcomm doesn't make their drivers publicly available. We have gone through all of the possible steps that you've listed previously, and I have included their log in this email as Qualcomm Logs. How should we go about addressing this?

Additionally, we have a customer running an Intel(R) Wi-Fi 7 BE200 320MHz card, and this one is giving a blank 'PermanentAddress' as well. The user used this to install the latest drivers (23.30.0), but upon installing their logs only show 23.10.0.8 as the version number. I have included their log in this email as BE200 Logs.  The link below is what I found for the latest driver version, please let me know if you can confirm this is what we should be using. If it is, please let us know what we need to do to get around this error.

We have received and we're looking into the logs you emailed us and assessing the best next steps.

You should get an emailed response from us in a day or 2. Unfortunately we cannot reproduce what you're seeing, which is why it's more difficult – but not impossible – to plan next steps (hence the time to process and plan).
