It sounds like you're trying to install a TurboFloat Server instance from another versions from the same product in LimeLM. Is that correct? If so, we've fixed that bug in TurboFloat Server 4.0.
So, the first problem you're running into -- you can't uninstall TurboFloat Server if it's not installed. So, you're using a TurboActivate.dat from a separate version to try to uninstall another version. That won't work. Versions are unique in LimeLM, and they're unique in TurboFloat Server.
Next, install 2 separate TurboFloat Server instances from two separate versions from the same LimeLM product doesn't work in 3.x, but will work in 4.x. However, in the meantime the workaround is to change the product name in LimeLM (even temporarily) download the TurboActivate.dat for the second version, and then change the product name back in LimeLM. Of course, with TurboFloat Server 4.0 this won't be necessary.
