We are writing again because this problem is persistent although we applied all remedies suggested.

In particular, we use the latest lime and static libraries.

On the customer side we installed update drivers for all the net adapters on the machine.

When running our sw, a complaint about net adapters still pops up preventing the sw from starting.

At the end of this message, you can find which net adapters are installed on the machine and information about its system.


Is that possible which net adapters lime is looking for and the exact version of the drivers it expects to find it? 

To fix this problem is critical for us because we otherwise waste a lot of time in managing few of our customers.

Answer

Much more information is needed. (Versions of TA, Windows, etc. – follow the FAQ). And log files of all network adapters.

Also, don't use static libraries.

You also asked this exact question before, and when we ask for more information you didn't provide it. Collecting enough information usually solved the problem because you find out that the customer is doing something stupid like blocking updates, or using dangerously out-of-date products, etc.

There's a reason the first steps in the “TurboActivate is returning "TA_E_ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERS"” faq entry is to update everything. It's because 99% of the time that just fixes things (because these companies fix bugs).

Ok. Just a correction to the point of which lib we are using, they are dynamic not static, as required in you guidelines to fix the problem.

Before collecting more information, since we are using your TurboActivate.exe as interface for our customers, we would like to know whether we can rely on it or is better to implement our own code. What do you suggest?

In any case, just as a note, it is not obvious that our customers will allow us to change their anti virus of choice with Win Defender or remove cleaners if any. We'll try and convince them.
