Hi,

Is there any way to get unique user id assigned to the user after activation?

Web API does include this ID. but there seems to be no reliable way to detect user id using limelm.pkey.getDetails.

Answer

No there's no way to track a user across machines.

You can always use custom license fields to set meta-data for the pkey (and track specific customers or organizations).
